Decidedly average on all fronts. The porter was asleep when I arrived. The noise from the strip club next door meant I needed to move rooms. Breakfast was nice with a good selection. I don’t really recommend the area.

Staff was friendly and very helpful in English....needs new bath towels because what you get now are equal to the shower floor towels at other hotels. Room is a good size and clean...for the money would be hard to find a better property.

Great hotel at CDMX
We stayed for one night in this hotel, for a 22 hour layover and I wanted an hotel not so far from the airport, but also closer to the main attractions of the city. I always have stayed in Santa Fe and Polanco, so this was my first time at WTC. This hotel exceeded my expectations! All the staff was wonderful.. The room was in very good condition, VERY clean, wifi and AC worked well, breakfast was excellent, great view in the 9th floor were breakfast its served. I recommend this hotel even for larger stays.

I liked the location. It was walking distance to where I needed to be every day. The bell boy was fantastic. So helpful and nice. I didn´t like check out. The lady at the front desk didn´t seem to know what she was doing. Loud neighbors the last day - made for a rough night.
