Wounderfull
We have stopped in Tulsa several times during our cross-country road trips. Best Western Plus is where we have stayed each time. Nice, clean, comfortable, pet-friendly, hassle-free, and in an area of downtown that we like. Hopefully someday we’ll have a chance to spend some time in Tulsa, instead of just passing through, and I’m sure that we’ll stay at the Best Western Plus then, as well!
My family has stayed here during Thanksgiving holidays for the past 4yrs. This year you can tell the staff is not friendly or educated, We even aked the maid about one of the females that was st the front desk and she stated she doesnt work here just helps out. My friend also got scammed someone trashed his room after departure and took pictures, charged him 1300$. Breakfast was horrible.
Worst stay in a very long time. Tried to cancel several times with hotels.com and the best western based on bad reviews. When i stayed it was as bad advertised and ruined my trip. Couldn’t sleep because ac was malfunctioning and leaking. I filled the trash can in the room full of water. The toilet was leaking and the staff weren’t wearing masks.
Property was handy to St. Johns hospital. Lenghtof stay was very short so not much to share
Wonderful place to stay. They don’t tell you on hotels.com but parking is 10$ a day. Please update your profile to guest are not shocked when they arrive.
Great Staff
The hotel was clean however THE AC WAS BROKEN!!!! We called when we got into our room because the thermostat wouldn’t change once we set the AC(it read 77 even though it was set to 68). We called and asked for someone to check on it. They never came. We left for an event and when we came back it was still 77. When I called again to the front desk they said it was out in the WHOLE building..... that should be something that is disclosed immediately and I will be seeking a refund. It is unacceptable to expect people to stay at a hotel with no AC if that was expected.
The ONLY two gripes I have was during check in we didn’t receive the breakfast coupon.(it was new so it was fine and correct efficiently) They put us in a room (hotel had maybe 15 cars at the most) on the room facing all the construction work in front of the hotel. Room was nice and everything else. Should have not been in the room. Would recommend.
Found bed bugs in one one my rooms. The staff apologized and moved us to a different room. Due to COVID breakfast was in a sack and it was awful We had trail mix, a capri sun and a piece of fruit.
