Good, but so tiny.
Tiny, tiny but comfortable room. Bed fills most of the room. If you brought a lot of luggage, you'll be challenged to stow it. Check in was odd, you must pay in cash into a machine. If you don't already have enough yen, they have currency exchange machines, but the rate is bad. Instead, walk out the front and turn right on the 2nd little street, then down maybe 100 meters or so is the most favorable exchange booth. I could have saved nearly $100 on my 1 week stay had I done so. There's an onsen public bath on the top floor.

Clean, updated but extremely tiny room
The price was reasonable for the quality of the room, location, and amenities. The staff was always very good at cleaning up the room quickly so by the time you finish a day of touring the city, you can always expect to come back to a clean, well-made room with fresh towels. The mattress was very comfortable, and the view from the 19th floor was great. The breakfast buffet offered amazing food, for $18 USD when you reserve a spot the day before. The only downsides are the room size (it's so small, you can't open more than 1 luggage at a time), and the bathroom faucet is the type where you need one hand to turn the knob and keep the water running. If you turn the knob clockwise all the way, the water pressure is too high and will splash everywhere. I ended up using the shower head instead, placing it on the lower hook, to wash my hands or face. The bathroom is also tiny, and I come from a NYC apartment, where I didn't think could get any smaller, but no, the tub is actually half the length of a full-sized tub, and that is the depth of the entire bathroom. Another minor thing - no complimentary lotion.

Exceptional
“Tiny Hidden Treasure”
The staff members were very nice and polite. The room was cleaned well and tidied up every day. I have no complaints for the price and service offered by the hotel. (The room was rather small, but it is understandable because of the prime location.) It is located near to the train station and major department stores, etc etc.
