Couldn’t open the window So no fresh air view of Patio with working laundry facility. No special touches. Good location and cheap but I would not stay again.
The hotel was comfortable and clean though somewhat dated. The room was more updated clean and had more amenities than we expected. The whole hotel is non smoking and that was a real pleasure. There are balconies on each floor to enjoy the night air and the proximity to the zocalo was fantastic. The famous Marcado Juarez and Marcado 20 de Noviembre are within two blocks of the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and gave excellent service. The menu in the restaurant was somewhat limited but the food was fresh, quite delicious and very reasonably priced. All in all you would be hard pressed to find a better deal with such a great location.
Very comfortable Mexican hotel Delightful staff with limited English. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Certainly not luxurious but met all our needs perfectly. BTY excellent location 2blocks from Zócalo and very good restaurant in hotel serving traditional meals.
The cleaning crew did a great job of cleaning the room. The beds were uncomfortable and the shower lacked a curtain so the entire bathroom was wet and slippery after every shower. The air conditioner did not work and the manger did not see the need to fix it. Also, the free parking was over three blocks away.
Very friendly staff. We arrived at 9:00am but check-in was until 3pm. They stored our luggage until check-in time
Hotel well-located & clean. Front desk staff spoke Spanish only.
Nice clean rooms for the price. 2 blocks from the zocalo and mercados. The only thing is that there are clubs near by and you can hear the music at night. If you are a light sleeper than this will keep you up till the clubs are closed. With all that said i will be back to this hotel in the near future.
Service and location was excellent, the room was good, however the bed was very firm and not very comfortable.
Centrally located, clean and comfortable. The roof top terraces were very cute! Would stay again.
Staff was very nice, room was clean. I just didn't like the fact that we have to deal with the very loud music from the bar that is near the hotel for two nights in a row (friday and saturday).
