What a nice little find. The beds were very comfortable. We had deer in the front lawn. It looks old but do not worry about that. The manager was great and provided a lot of useful information. Tim Horton is 5 min walk and town 5 min drive

We rolled in about 7:30pm and Sue welcomed us and checked us in. She marked-up a map of the “downtown” area, pointing out a couple of places she thought would be serving dinner until 9pm – one would have been, but was unexpectedly closed, the other stopped serving at 8pm, so we backtracked to the Tim Horton’s near the motel and got sandwiches for our supper. So, be aware – the town rolls up its sidewalks by 8pm! Our room was small but clean and comfortable. The bathroom looked recently renovated, with an immaculate tiny corner shower stall (but it was impossible to keep the water inside it and we had to mop-up). Furniture was sparse and a bit shopworn, but linens seemed new, little fridge worked, and beds were comfortable. The motel seemed fully-booked and was busy, but pleasantly quiet even before the requested 10pm. This was a perfectly fine, cost-effective place to stay in a popular tourist area.

Absolutely delightful and a bargain!
Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Not fancy but lovely, homey & very welcoming. Best check-in experience I can remember anywhere (and I've traveled a lot). Comfortable room with everything we needed. The room was as clean as can be and the bathroom absolutely sparkled -- as if the tub were brand new and caulked that day, with as-new chrome fixtures. Sweet little extras like lemon drops in a jar in the room. The location is great, just a few blocks to the heart of Saint Andrews' quaint downtown.
