No airports shuttle service because of expedia. Unable to cancel booking because of Expedia. No invoice or receipt because of expedite. No staff found after midnight at the reception. Phone left engaged tone and staff left. Unable to get water at mid night when needed. Rooma are great, clean and spacious. Staff are polite and friendly.

By Expedia booking, recently I have stayed at Hotel Afford Inn and was thoroughly impressed with the level of comfort and convenience provided by the hotel. The location was perfect for my need, this hotel is just infront of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport. From this hotel a good Airport view can also be seen.😍 From the moment I stepped into my room, I was blown away by the breathtaking view of the airport runway. Watching the planes take off and land was a truly unique and exciting experience, and I spent hours just gazing out the window. But what really made my stay special was the level of comfort provided by the hotel. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby every night. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible.

Hotel Afford Inn is a really pretty hotel with really nice people working there. Mr. Titu, who manages the restaurant, was really helpful. The rooms are really good and the food is amazing. We had a great time staying there because it was really peaceful.

Affordable and comfortable enough !
Certainly ‘Affordable’ and comfortable room - large double bed - room and bathroom clean. Dining room fine and good menu options. Two issues arose: Please note: 1. Mosquitoes on ground floor reception and dining area were a nuisance and staff should spray area at intervals. 2. Hotel profile says gym/fitness centre available - NO sign of it in hotel! 3. Profile also says there is a roof terrace available - there is NOT. 4. I booked the option which said FREE airport transfer - however it was NOT free and additional charge of Tk500/- was required and conveniently took only 15 mins to Airport - according to Hotel they have never offered ‘Free’ transfer so be warned not to select the option that suggests it. HOTELS.COM need to clarify this and delete references to fitness centre and roof terrace urgently.

Worse experience ever
It was an absolutely shocker. They failed the provide us with rooms and transferred us to another hotel. That hotel was worse. Door locks didnt work, bedsheets was dirty and onky gave us u rooms out of 8. They charged me for transfers even though they put me to a hotel that was further away from he airport

The service, the food, and the facilities here were all good. I had problems with the AC but they upgraded my room immediately. Apart from this issue, everything was wonderful, Most importantly, I was impressed by Mr. Munna's professionalism. I would definitely return to this hotel on my next visit.

Stayed for 1 night here in Hotel Afford Inn Walking distance to the hotel from Airport, and it took about 10 minutes to reach, Everyone at the hotel is fantastic and this is a beautiful hotel. If you are lucky to get the top rooms the views are amazing. I highly recommend it, it nice atmosfear!

I arrived Afford Inn at 1:30AM, but hotel staff told me expedia can not transfer money to his country, I have to pay again, in fact I already paid to expidia $97CAD for one night in internet. the staff asked me to call expedia, I had to use Canadian cellphone to call USA expedia service, this is international roaming, everybody knows it is very expensive, it took almost ten minutes, that means I paid extra 20 dollars for this booking. After call, expedia agreed to refund, I need pay in hotel reception. the staff gave me discount only pay $80CAD, I said a lot thanks for his nice welcome, but when i checked my visa transection today, I found this hotel charged me $108CAD, this means he charged me $80USD, it was more charge than expedia $97CAD, I have visa transection and hotel invoice to prove it, I don't know who is a liar, hotel or this employee? One way or another, I will never book this hotel again and if you want to reserve this hotel should be more carefully.
