Good
Lovely hotel and nice people but not a particularly walkable neighborhood which is unfortunate in Boston

Great modern hotel out of the centre
Great, modern hotel with everything you need; spacious and comfortable rooms. Included breakfast is okay, if not a little basic. Walking into the centre of town takes about 40 minutes, as the hotel is in a new ex-industrial area

Avoid room 213 or nearby on 2nd floor
First night was horrible. The room (213) itself was great, but my sleep was disrupted by VERY LOUD AND CONSTANT MUSIC, which I first thought came from another room. When I actually realized that it came from a bar located just below my room, I called front desk and was told that the hotel was fully booked and I could not have another room. I was extremely dissatisfied as I had booked and prepaid this room months in advance. And my check-in was done in mid-afternoon, surely this was not the last room available at the moment. I honestly think that room 213 and other rooms located nearby should not be assigned to unsuspecting customers - the fact that there may be a noise issue should be disclosed at the time of check-in, without exception. The next morning, I went to the front desk to address the issue and they did not seem to be surprised at all as there have been other similar complaints made in the past. I was offered another room (upgrade for no additional fee), which was greatly appreciated as I was staying for 4 more nights on a business trip and really needed to rest well at night. Apart from this issue, everything was great, from the friendly staff, to the breakfast, the comfy mattress and pillows and the well-equipped kitchen in the room.

Excellent value. Great location. Kitchenette too!
I found it difficult to find a hotel room in Boston that isn’t outrageously expensive. I happened upon Element Boston Seaport and was impressed. The location is great especially for the convention centre. The layout of the room was very efficient with a kitchenette, couch, desk and two queen beds in a small (but didn’t feel cramped) space. The room and bathroom were clean. The beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was decent.
