Rough drinks
A great hotel that is absolutely spoilt by the drinks it serves the soft drinks are absolutely diabolical and undrinkable if you have children or want a mixer you will have to go to the shop to buy some The orange juice for breky is undrinkable as well don't think its been any near an orange maybe perhaps over diluted squash may as well drink water The beer is very watered down as well and apart from the drinks this is a great hotel but spoilt my enjoyment for penny pinching

Great getaway for the family...
Stayed at Delfinia from 01.09 to 07.09 and was a well needed break. Arrived and located a first floor room which was exactly as described (Quadruple Room) but as we have a 2yr toddler with push chair this wasn't ideal. Chatted with Christina at reception and she managed to upgrade us to a lovely newly refurbished ground floor room with garden area... Perfect! The staff at the hotel really couldn't do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Our first evening we needed Hot Milk and the night porter arranged it, along with a bottle of water and a snack. During the stay the bar staff were so hard working, friendly and I am amazed that they nearly all speak 5 languages :-0 The entertainment team were good, doing aqua aerobics and games in the day and kids disco and dancing in the evening. The food was typical Mediterranean buffet style, tasty and usually several choices and the hotel has done its best to get thru the Covid issues but this has led to some occasional short waiting times. Rooms cleaned every other day, but we spilled a bottle of juice and the cleaners came within a couple of hours. So, nice compact hotel with amazing staff ... As long as Covid stays away then we will pop back in October. Thanks to Radi, Valentina and Nico at the pool bar, the cleaning staff (Clare and others) and Alexander, Anna and the dozen other kitchen staff we didn't get names of. Thanks so much.. Overall it was very good for the price! Food was good and the staff were very nice and polite. Sound isolation in the rooms was not the best but otherwise everything was good. I would definitely come again sometime.

Perfect family friendly hotel although we travelled as two friends for a long weekend it was still enjoyable. Lovely staff very welcoming Due to covid the hotel was quiet but again we still had a good time and would recommend.

The A/C didn't work on our room, room is not so clean. the food is so-so the pool is too small on the hotel, so it is very crowded we could not find chair after 09:00am but you have food all day long which is nice

Definitely not a 4* hotel and don’t get fooled by the word “resort”, it’s depressing to try and spend a day there. It was an old hotel which got restored by someone who didn’t have a clue how to do it or did that for the first time. We got a very bad room when we arrived, our sheets were ripped and dirty. We asked to get another room, we got moved 2 days later but it was the same. They had allot of things stored around the property like old dusty umbrellas, sun beds and trash, very bad for the eye. It’s like they don’t care about the aesthetics. If I go in a holiday I want to see nice things around me not trash. Drinks very bad, food ok but not great. Staff wasn’t very nice and I understand because they worked 7/7. Do not recommend
