Although, we enjoyed our staying at this hotel, I was not veery satisfied with the card key. I had to go back and forth too many times to re-activate my card to get into my room. I hope the management fix this problem soon.
The staff was very cordial, but unfortunately I was disappointed with Carmen, that the host and that was the name she gave me when I requested a taxi to pick us up in the morning. She suggested that the guy across was the taxi and home owner across who would drive us to the airport. I wanted to talk to this guy so bad, because I felt so about a dog that i observed my whole staying being unattended. The dog never bark, and he looked very sad, so I felt bad for him and I asked the Carmen if I could talk to the dog's owner who happen to be the taxi driver who will drive us to the airport, but when I asked the driver about the dog, he said he didn't know anything about, so I was very disappointed why Carmen lied about. All I wanted was to help the dog and have someone attend to the poor animal whom I observed only been fed once; no one attended to the dog even after I reported to the front desk.
Unfortunately, for this reason I would not come back to this hotel; I do not appreciated liars.
