    Overnight stay

    We arrived very late, the manager wasn't initially impressed but opened up for us and sorted us out. Room was fine, round the back & the back street was very noisy during the night. Breakfast was good, hotel was clean, tidy & well kept & staff efficient & professional. The town is absolutely lovely. When we return to the area we will definitely rebook (& get there earlier next time) :-)

    Bien :-)

    Le check-in a pris un peu de temps malgré que nous étions la seule arrivée, mais le personnel était très agréable. Prévoir quelques mots d'allemand car très peu parle français / anglais. Rien à redire niveau propreté et confort dans la chambre. Seul petit bémol la quasi totalité des emplacements de parking au alentours son payant en journée. (Nous nous sommes garé au pied d'un grande tour à environ 200m ou le parking semblait gratuit. Nous avons eu de la chance de trouver de la place car la ville était apparemment très touristique). Bien situé, commerces (boulangerie, restaurants, etc..) à proximité. Top, le soleil était de la partie. Si l'occasion se présente à nouveau, il est fort probable que revenions dans cet établissement.

    Ein Deckenventilator stand in der Beschreibung des Zimmers doch der war unauffindbar. Unmöglich so angenehm schlafen zu können. Wir haben sogar das Schnarchen der Person gehört die im Zimmer nebenan war.

    Prima overnachtingen zonder franje

    Het hotel is een traditioneel familiehotel zoals je een beetje verwacht in deze omgeving. Het is zeker niet slecht, maar raakt een tikje gedateerd. Dat is overigens geen echte negatieve benadering, zeker omdat de prijs goed overeenkomt met het gebodene: een prima overnachting zonder franje. In tegenstelling tot hetgeen was afgesproken had de geleverde kamer geen uitzicht op de Rijn, maar op een gevel aan de achterzijde van het hotel. Maar mij stoorde het niet; gewoon naar buiten en langs de rivier wandelen of zitten op één van de vele bankjes of terrasjes.

    Im Hotel kann man in einfachen sauberen Zimmern in guter Lage gut übernachten. Haus und Einrichtung sind alt und strahle Flair von längst vergangenen Zeiten aus. Die Bäder allerdings sind sehr neu und gut eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist qualitativ gut und von der Auswahl her für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie vollkommend ausreichend.
