    Pleasant stay at NH Trento

    The room was clean and pleasant. The property itself is relatively new with a modern and futuristic design. It takes only 10-15 mins walk to the old town. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fine but not great. Overall very good value for money.

    Overall good with room for improvement

    Nice room but a few shortcomings: (1) No coffeemaker - a hot water heater & instant coffee is not very useful.(2) Makes no sense to have a refrigerator that turns off when you leave the room - that defeats the purpose of a refrigerator, which is to keep stuff cold. (3) Shower very small even by euro standards. But overall a nice place , very helpful young woman at front desk during my stay.

    State of Art & Technology but lacking practicality

    Booked Junior Suite with view, but disappointed with the room ( Room 402) allocated which was in the corner of the building with odd shape. Upon arrival there was unpleasant smell on 4th floor, which was sorted out after brought to their attention. There is no bedside table on one side because of the layout of the room and unlike pictures advertised there were no other furniture. Bathroom shower screen needs sealing as water leaking on to the floor after shower( see my pics). Main Lights were keep switching off after hour or so, no idea why? Could be Green energy? There is a kettle in the shelf but no power socket where it is placed. Huge L- shaped balcony as room was in the corner but unfortunately no chairs provided.

    Easy to find gem

    Beautiful modern hotel with good size rooms English t.v. channels and great value parking right under the hotel.If you pay extra for the top floor the views are spectacular.Wonderful hot and cold breakfast items. Trento is a gorgeous small city with a spectacular huge castle not to be missed. We toured Italy for the month of May and this was our favorite hotel.
