There was an even ongoing and they totally forgot they could have frequent guests around. It was a terrible stay and I will never go back. NO EXPEIDIA VIP although it is advertised as it is. I arrived 3am they gave me a "Welcome drink" that it was already expired because is only valid for the arrival date which obviously it was the day before as I arrived late at night. I went to room decided to go grab something from the minibar, but no... it was empty! There was a sign saying "Manage your own minibar call 1 to ask for you want!" guys, that has been called Room Service since ever, that is not a minibar. Went to bed just dreaming about for my breakfast next morning... which ended up being a nightmare. Spend 40 minutes trying to access breakfast and when they finally sat me there, it was not the breakfast that they always serve, buffet was all empty and they would not care about it, they were too busy setting the venue for an event. That same night decided to go for dinner and spend 30 minutes waiting to get attended but did not get any luck. I just left the hotel took a taxi to the closest restaurant and promised I will never be back. I explained all to them an they just basically did not care.

Lovely hotel to use for Santa Cruz particularly if like us you are flying in for a quick stop then on to La Paz etc. It’s in between the airport and city and cheap to get to and from the city for a walk around.
