The staff is fabulous. Quick checkin and given a cocktail immediately. When leaving for Machu Picchu, Graciela noticed our bag was too big and quickly found us a smaller bag and held the luggage until we got back the next day. BreakfSt is extremely good. Our rm is modern and spacious

Really nice hotel. Rooms are clean, modern and large. Even had English TV. Good breakfast included. We were able to store our bags for 2 days while we went to stay in Aguas Calientes.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Comfortable with friendly staff and a nice ambience. Good breakfast too and free taxi to the airport at the end. 10 min or less Walking distance to the centre.

Great hotel close to everything. People are kind and very accommodating. Comfy beds. Tea service available 24/7 which is great to have coca tea in the high altitude location

The hotel staff and reception were very kind and thoughtful! They helped us check in smoothly on our second leg of the stay as we made two reservations within the same week. Food recommendations given by the front desk were also spot on! Overall, great hospitality and a very well-managed property!
