Bad experience and customer service
Bad customer service from the start. I booked for two people. There was only one towel, one bottle of water and told that breakfast was only for one. They did not wanted to tell me the wireless password my Fiancé had to assist. I informed the unprofessional person at the desk that I have prove I booked for two and she refused to look at my paperwork and informed me it was in the system. I went for something to eat and when I returned they had corrected their intentional errors. I read before from a review that someone had the same issue and they charged them extra. I was not going to allow that to happen to me. In the morning I checked out and went to another Hotel. I was to stay for 6 nights , but after such bad experience I would not stay even if they offered it for free. I complained through Hotels.com and received a refund for the remaining 5 nights. Will not be booking this Hotel again. Let’s this be a warning TJ those travelling in pairs
