The hotel was clear that it’s nota full service hotel so you will need to pick up pillows and blankets if they have any available at the desk yourself and beware you will be charged if you don’t carry your blankets back down at checkout too SMH. This is especially impacting if you rely on a pull out couch as a bed. Note the mattresses are also very old with many stains and not comfortable. The food is quality as far as hotel breakfast goes.

The receiving staff was awesome, greeted me and made me very comfortable since I got the 3 hour early, directed me to have lunch while securing my suitcase. On my return, she booked me in two hours early. The room, very spacious and clean and the breakfast was not bad. Would love for them to add a restaurant to the property and service.

Some staff in front areanot friendly did not greet anyone. The laundry only one of each on the floor and did not work well.
