Pros: Surrounding area is nice. Cons: the entire hotels smells like cigarettes….including the pillows and towels. Extremely loud all night. Room wasn’t very clean. Was asked by someone in the hall if I could give her money. Elevator smelled liked urine. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and stay in a different hotel in the area.

Checkin requires all ID's of individuals staying. One night stay with a dog is $63 (I don't personally call that pet friendly). Sink and toilet didn't work, and shower was dirty. Internet that's fast enough for streaming is $2/day.

Check in staff was great and friendly told me about nurse discount because I travel. When asked evening staff Derrick he agrees told me to bring my badge to front desk. Asked staff y’all white male and he informed me there was no such discount because rooms were discounted enough was very rude and dismissive.

I told receptionist not to charge my credit card, that I would pay cash for the room when I arrived. She said they never charge the credit card util after the guest arrives. I get there and they had already charged my card and gave me a hard time when. I asked the manager to uncharge my card, and let me play cash, as they had agreed. Eventually they did, but they made it as unpleasant as possible.

Horrible!!
The staff was cold and unwelcoming. Every single night I have to call the front desk for other guest that “live” there having fights. Marijuana roaches and Blunt roaches all over the property. Horrible stay!!
