Stayed 1 night. Room was clean & functional. Good value. Bring your own pillows!!!!!!!!! Thinnest pillows I've EVER seen in my life. I would stay again when in Dayton.

Felt like Wood springs
Well I used hotels.com to secure my week long stay at woodsprings. I was surprised to be put on the third floor for such an extended stay. Knowing I'd have more things to carry to and from my room. The hotel was at most 50 capacity. My route to room required alot of walking either way I chose. The faster and easiest being stairs unfortunately. The place was clean altho they said they only clean once every 14 days. That is everything from refil toilet paper exchange set of sheets 2rags 2towels and two trash bags. If you need any fresh cloth you must take to first floor and pay a couple dollars for exchange. Trash your required to take to dumpster yourself out back. I needed to add a couple extra days and expected to get the same rate however they were not willing to do this. If you lock yourself out by accedent. There is a ten dollar charge to let you in and expect a half hour to 45min before getting back in. Althought the overall appearance was good inside, looking closer I saw many what looked like wall shots from sexual activity. Could have been a whitish frosting fight maybe some children had while waiting for there parents to have door unlocked when they accedently let the door shut while carrying baggage up and down the 3floors of stairs. I'm only guessing . No breakfast . Washer and dryers expensive but clean and in good order. Beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced sexual activity was ruined by the popping of metal frame and constant sliding of mattress

We stayed here for about a month while in between apartments. The building is kept clean and the staff is polite. There was a bit of a weird smell in the hallways, but I think that's the result of whatever cleaning solution they're using. It's right off the interstate, so there is a bit of road noise, but it was never so much as to interrupt my sleep. Ultimately, you're not coming here for a luxury treatment, but if you need a place to stay for a while the Woodspring Suites suited me well enough.
