Everything else is smooth, from check-in to room's cleanliness and sleep comfort, to claiming of Welcome Drinks at the Pool side at night, although there is a limited choices but the fresh fruits (Green Mango and Watermelon shakes) taste good. Their staff Seg (lifeguard) and Angie (waitress) are friendly and do the follow-ups constantly.
The stay was nice. The location is good. hotel, in general, is ok but the room has some minor problem that made me a bit disappointed. we had as suite and the bathroom door is loose,TV display kept going fussy al the time, the windows are dirty.
Very convenient to shopping Mall and restaurants. I do like the restaurant in the hotel. Good service and friendly staffs.
Staff personnel were all excellent; amenities were superb! I consider this “my home away from home”.
It is in the center and walking distance to all my needs
Convenient, practical, close to lots of shops , markets
The property as a whole was great. Very good location. The only thing I noticed after two days of staying in this hotel was. When the guest start to fill up the hotel, it becomes so busy and starting to lose good service until after a few more days of our stay. Otherwise!..I can understand the situation that when it so busy it tends to happen. But, on the same token, it should not be the case
Lost power in my room. Room got too hot. Unable to fix problem. Was moved to another room but the process was a little too slow.
It is the only good hotel in the area. When you have to be in the area, you stay here.
Already outdated as compared when we check-in December 2016
