Facility is too old and tiny
Tiniest room on the planet. This hotel has great lobby but when you get into the room, it is old, tiny, and really depressing. Hallways feel old and you can smell the aging carpet or the wallpaper. Upside is that you can use the laundry room for free which is a major plus. Customer Service is overwhelmingly great but the facility is just TOO OLD and TINY.

Very small room, but considering great location being right across from Gotanda station, it’s worth it. Breakfast was great with variety of food choice.

Good service, location, wifi, but . . .
The service was impeccable. The location was very convenient. The wifi was very strong. On the negative side, the room was tiny, and it was just across the street from railroad tracks, so a little noisy. But at the price I got the room at, I can deal with it.
