Front desk staff was amazing! I forget her name but it started with an S. She was kind welcoming and helpful! Room was clean and comfortable! Pool and hot tub was clean but with a lot of kids blasting music and floats. I know other guests complained but we just waited till a little later for it to calm down and empty out. Dislikes: the a/c in the room went no cooler than 72, and the building heat was on despite the outside temp being in the high 60s; we woke up sweating every night; water pressure in the shower wasn’t strong and I was unable to rinse all the shampoo out of my long hair; neither of us liked the scent of the crabtree and evelyn products; and free coffee and tea is only served until 11 a.m.
