Very sparse room, No clock, microwave, tissues bare walls, one narrow table suitcases needed to go on the floor, bathroom items had to go on the floor. Room and bathroom was beautiful renovated but lack amenities like a comfort inn for double the price

Unhappy!!
Well first of all are TV didnt work even after attempted trys by maintenance man. 2nd the hot water was turned off in bathroom under sink. 3rd we had to get our own clean towels and take care of our dirty ones. 4th the refrigerator decided to stop working during the night which cost us a $30.00 meal that we had in it and had to throw some other stuff away. Definitely not the same as our visit last year!!!

So close to having a great getaway.
The humidity in the room was trapped, no windows would open and the bathroom vent fan could not handle it. There was no place to hang up our clothing or dresser. Only one chair in the room.

Will never return
The room was dirty upon arrival. There are stains in the carpets in the hallways and in the rooms. The return vent in the bathroom was crusted with dust, the air conditioner unit for the room was disgustingly dirty and the room itself smelled musty. There were only three towels in the room when we arrived for a family of four. The shower curtain consisted only of a clear plastic curtain that isn’t properly weighted so it sticks to whomever is showering and no privacy.There was mildew or mold growing in the grout of the tiled shower. We were provided two rolls of TP for our five day stay with four people. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem except when we went to ask for more from the front desk at 9am, the desk was locked and there was no staff member to be found on site, and no phone number that could reach a human (the recording indicated that no messages were able to be left). We witnessed four different guests knocking on the door after we tried that morning, needing something and unable to have their needs met. What would have happened in an emergency with no staff there? Especially if you’re catering to families with children and allow dogs to stay in the rooms? The “free WiFi” was useless. The WiFi was not reliable in any way. Since there were no landline phones in the rooms, and very little cell service in the area, this becomes a safety concern as guests are effectively unable to reliably call for help if needed.
