I have to say, we were really disappointed arriving to this hotel. As we arrived to reception and waited until the receptionist does our check in met (probably) members of management, no welcoming, no greeting, even no smile. Noone asked if we needed some help with our luggage. The biggest surprise came as we arrived to our room, where were dirty curtains and streaks on windows and shower. The second day after cleaning we missed the smallest towels. We really didn't expected this level of quality in a hotel like that.
