Negative review.
The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel however is in need of a renovation. The halls are dirty, especially the carpets which are also worn and need to be replaced. The elevators are also dirty and smell. Hand prints all over. Yuck! They should be wiped down on a regular basis. 1st room fridge didn’t work. Desk clerk immediately found us another room and was very helpful. Tile in rooms were so slippery that I cleaned them myself so my handicapped son wouldn’t fall down. Couch was stained, carpet sticky, lamp bases all rusty, shower had brown slime growing around bottom. Also, first time I’ve ever had scrambled eggs brought out that were cold. Sausage was cold too. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, but left after the first and went to a different hotel. Shame, shame Hilton for not sending inspectors to hotels that carry your name and ensuring that are up to par.
