Highly recommended small hotel with just 6 rooms but very homely and personable as a result Exceptionally helpful and caring staff. Very cosy and comfortable, well appointed room. Very powerful shower. Great location for upper town. Very generous welcome drink and snacks, also mini bar and more snacks in room. Also a lovely breakfast with the same really friendly staff. Do these people never sleep ? A real homely atmosphere and a great choice for your stay in Bergamo Citta Alta.

Staff was truly exceptional. Service for evening happy hour and breakfast was also exceptional. Location was quiet and so convenient to wander this beautiful city. Rooms were small with skylight and vaulted ceiling. Bath lacks privacy. The overall experience of the location and the staff make it an excellent choice. Ask about private transportation if needed as hotel provided at a reasonable fee, thank you Agustina. Ask if you need anything, they were so accomodating.

Had a magnificent stay at this hotel. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, even the beautiful little dog in reception! The location of this hotel is utterly perfect. Next to the funicular, next to a car park (we were not driving) ans 50 metres away from the start if the A1 airport bus, so ideal for a last night in Bergamo. The hotel itself is tiny, but the rooms are fab (we had one in the attic which had great shower, fab bed and really tastefully decorated. The staff could not be better, very welcoming with a drink and really made it feel like a home from home. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was very conveniently located with the funicular right next door and the airport bus stop outside the hotel. The accommodation was of a very high standard throughout plus a big shout out to Sofie and the staff who were amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again without any hesitation.
