Stayed in Oct 2020 and the staff were very kind and friendly. Was able to stay in my previous room (from 2017). Location is perfect. Just far enough away from the downtown area but easy to get to by car. The room was very nice and the kitchen made everything convenient during COVID. For the first night we bought take-out from the attached Castle Bistro. It's like a home away from home. Will definitely stay again.

I have stayed many times at this hotel. The property is well maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and well laid out. The kitchen is well equipped. Close to the town of Vernon.
