Totally unexpected, from the outside, I doesn’t say much.. As soon as you enter the facility it’s lovely, the dining room looking over the water and every room a view of the water..

1. It was very humid in rooms, and the smell were bad. The building is aged. 2. Rooms are dirty. We booked two rooms, our parents stay in one room, and me, my husband and my kids stay in another room. Except me, all people got skin irritation with a lot of little red spots. 3. There was no air conditioning, and the room was very hot. The fan was broken. Two lights didn't work. 4. Water flow from the shower was sometimes hot sometimes cold. 5. No coffee machine in rooms. 6. Refrigerator was big and in good condition. 7. Wifi was OK.

No one in office at arrival. Waited awhile before they arrived. No air condioning. Shower was awful either boiling hot or freezing cold. Very difficult to regulate. Nice big room.
