Amatique Bay Hotel

My family of 10 had a good time at Amatique Bay. The rooms we got were clean and Spacious. There is a lot of activities to do and Wi-fi all over the property. The breakfast was great and the diner was ok and a bit pricy. Overall was a great experience. We would definitely go back.

The conditions of the property is excellent. The food is so so. There is no ocean front beach just access to the bay

I liked the rooms, air conditioned, the attention was Excellent the personnel is attentive and provide quick response. The only think was the water on the sink was not completely clear. Otherwise, the amenities was wonderful.

The Staff tried hard to be accommodating, however they are not properly trained simple task bacame complex they cannot multitask! The property is poorly maintained many of the facade starting from the main entrance look rustic it can use a paint job at check in they take an inventory of whats in the room giving the impression that you might take something. At breakfast I ask for another portion of avocado and was told the portions were counted therefore the waitress had difficulty filling my request. Upon checkout I called for the Bellman to come and help with my luggage I waited 15 minutes he did not come, I walked to the reception area there was the bellman emptying the office trash no one told him I had called to help me with my luggage. I had a poor expirience at this property. Ashley

Food is not good and expensive. To be a hotel that charge this much money is not good.
