Struggle checking in
When arriving at hotel valet parking wanted to take our vehicle prior to us checking in, which was fine, however we hadn't unloaded vehicle. Valet seemed surprised we wanted to unload our vehicle. The hotel has no one to assist you with your bags, valet attendant finally gave us 1 small cart, so not enough. After unloading vehicle we had to transport ourselves and our carts loaded down to the second floor to check in. No AC in the reception area or reservation desk. During check-in the hotel person assisting us verbalized our room number, we were not the only people checking in! Finally back on the elevator again with all our stuff to our room. Room was good. Stay was good. The complimentary breakfast was what you would expect, except again no AC both mornings, just about unbearable to eat in the common area.

Housekeeping needs work
The staff was friendly and helpful 100% of the time. But housekeeping was non-existent. We requested it every day of our 5 night stay but they never came. We had the king bed suite with couch. It has a huge desk that was great for work. There were ample cardio machines in the gym but a couple were not in good working order. There are also hand weights.
