Bring warm night clothes.
Our trip was in February. The temperature during the day was around 19degr. The temperature in our room at night was freezing. There was no heating or warm water for a shower or shave in the morning. I complained to the manager. Nothing was done about the heating. The water was sorted after 2 days. There was no health & safety. My wife slipped in the bath/shower and hit her head on the corner of the marble sink. She needed medical attention but the manager did absolutely nothing except give me a band aid strip & a pair of scissors which she said I needed to return straight away. She didn't record the accident. When we were leaving my wife's eye was badly swollen and blackened with 2 cuts to her temple. The new manager was shocked and said they hadn't been informed. We are considering legal action.

Very reasonably priced. Great location. The layout of our duplex apartment was nice. The condition of the shower in the en suite bathroom was awful, we couldn't use it but the bath and shower in the main bathroom was fine thankfully. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pool area was lovely. All in all a good experience.

Damp and dirty.
The floor was filthy. The room was extremely cold. It had a heater but it did not work very well. The bed was cold and damp. I brought my own bedding with me and used that as the bed itself was so damp. Several things in the place needed to be repaired. Not sure why people gave this place such great reviews.
