Ok place but not fabulous.
This place is ok if you need somewhere cheap to stay in Venice. Better for people who are early risers and early to bed Strengths -Clean -good wifi - close to most airport buses Weaknesses - door/walls super thin so you’re woken up by people in hallways - midnight curfew was a bit of a pain. I’m not a partier, but given Venice’s layout, you basically need to leave whatever you’re doing at 1115 to make it back in time. Curfew should be extended on Friday and Saturday night til 1 - breakfast ends at 9 which again is very inconvenient.

Quiet hotel 10 minute walk from the station.
Very friendly staff. A little heavy handed on telling you what you should and should not be doing, but made up for that by being very helpful. Shared bathroom is really no problem at all,never a queue.

Terrible experience... we had move to another hotel in venecia and I called hotels. Com and they are not responsible for anything they just stole my money don't say that the hotel is closed from 12 at night to 6 in the morning the place is far from the square of Rome in Venice. They do not return the money We do not recommend this hotel, it is terrible, hotels.com don’t help us, they do not return the money terrible experience say that the hotel is 4 1 star oh there is 1 also no TV in the room. Hotels.com never return my money back. Terrible experience

Amazing location, only a 5-10 min walk from the bus station. The staff is so friendly and helped answer all of our and provided great tips for getting around the city. Just be mindful doors lock at 12 and reopen at 6 am!
