Only there for one night, found it a little off putting to have to walk down the road to collect the key. Apart from that it was ok

Faceless Britain
We arrived after 7 pm and had to walk to another building to check-in. We found this annoying and confusing

Very impressed
Me and my husband loved our stay, parking available at the back of the property, a short walk into the town. The room was lovely and clean including the bathroom and shower towels provided. Very welcoming. It was nice and quiet to sleep not much traffic. The staff upon check in were so polite and helpful giving us all the information we wanted and may have needed i.e. food places. They were very respectful. If we ever visit Inverness again we will book with them again.

It was adequate for one night although found it quite noisy from upstairs who were only doing normal activities like walking around & having showers etc. Lack of breakfast facilities meant a walk out..not too close for sit down facilities

Fair, but noisy
We enjoyed this no frills location. We were able to park our car on site and walk around Inverness which was quite nice. Room was no frills, but spacious and comfortable. My only real complaint was there were other guests who were fairly noisy throughout the night and early morning. Nothing a good pair of earplugs can't handle, but you may NEED those earplugs. A sleep mask is a good idea as well if you are traveling in the summer as the sun rises early and the curtains were not the blackout variety. Check in and check out were easy and front desk has wonderful directions to local attractions.

Room was clean enough . Single bed had a blood stain on top of duvet cover. When People upstairs walked about the ceiling creaked due to old flooring . They moved about until 1 and then back up at 5am with floor squeaking . Definitely not worth the £88 for 1 night with no facilities for even soft drinks or food .
