The hotel was in a great location and decently priced, but it was just not well kept. We had a private room here. The staff was awesome and helpful.

good for the location
location is good but very run down hotel, rooms don't have lockers and are very basic.

My stay was brief. Got in just before midnight and left just after seven next day. Had a good night's sleep. The staff was pleasant and helpful, breakfast was good and common areas were clean but its activities were male dominated. They were the only ones around when I got there. A very casual and rustic atmosphere.

Good for backpackers
Needed a place I could check in late. Luckily I brought earplugs and an eye mask. Without those, not sure I would have slept. Curtain was thin and flimsy, and there is a constant low level of noise both from inside and outside. A short walk in the open air was needed to visit the bathroom. OK for one night, or for a backpacking trip. Breakfast was a little basic - eggs, bread and spreads.

1 of the best hostels steps away from TLV beaches
Everything from the location to the vibe of this hostel was great with the exception of the queen bed in our private room. It straight up sucked. Rock hard and stiff. But I've stayed in their dorm rooms and recall their beds being decent. So don't be afraid to stay at the Hayarkon 48 just be sure to check out the bed and tell them if it's not to your liking. Their reception is amazing. Cool people.

Budget hostel by the beach.
I like the way we can cook own breakfast by using the eggs and veggies.
