Perceptivelmente o hotel ja viu dias melhores. O ar condicionado simplesmente não funcionou (troquei de quarto e não resolveu). Fiquei sabendo apenas no final da estadia que o sistema de ar condicionado não estava funcionando (deveria ter sido avisado no check-in) na semana mais quente do ano em Campo Grande. Por falar em check-in, o funcionário que me atendeu não identificou o pagamento que eu já havia feito pelo hotéis.com e pediu novo pagamento. Lamentável experiência.

Uma das piores experiências que já tive num hotel. Campo Grande estava com uma temperatura de 37° e o ar condicionado do hotel não estava funcionando. Mas ao invés de a equipe comunicar a manutenção, eles ficaram me trocando de quarto, no total eu tive que trocar de quarto 4x até informarem que todo o hotel estava sem ar condicionado. Terrível

O quarto, apesar de limpo, é muito antigo, em padrão que não é utilizado pela rede há muitos anos. Isso trás problemas naturais, como a falta de controle apropriado do ar condicionado (central), móveis com desgaste evidente, quebrados ou, no meu caso, desencaixados, banheiro muito escuro e úmido, sem um vento kit para facolitar a circulação de ar, torneira higiênica vazando e molhando todo o piso, mesmo não tendo sido utilizada, espaço insuficiente para aloção da itens de higiene dentro do box e na pia do banheiro. Isso sem falar na falta de rejunte dos azulejos. Pelo preço cobrado, as instalações dos quartos deveriam ser muito melhores. O café da manhã é muito simples pelo valor cobrado (R$ 63,00).

É um ótimo hotel custo benefício. Contudo o quarto já demonstra uma certa idade. Falta condicionador nos banheiros. Não havia cobertor suficiente no quarto. Caso você tenha que chegar um pouco antes do check-in é melhor esperar em outro local. O Hotel não disponibilidade check-in mais cedo.

O quarto estava em péssimo estado de conservação, todos os móveis, colchão e roupa de cama estavam gastos, manchados e com falhas. O quarto tinha mofo, banheiro com ferrugem aparente. Estavamos em 3 casais em 3 quartos diferentes, todos os quartos estavam iguais, em péssimo estado. Não era o padrão do Ibis que estamos acostumados, uma pena a Accor permitir esse nível de conservação/manutenção do hotel.

O hotel Ibis ele é sempre muito bom a ideia do hotel é algo jovial e confortável porém a acomodação em Campo Grande está precisando de algumas manutenções, os banheiros estão antigos com lodos nos rejuntes, ar-condicionado muito antigo barulhento dá pra ver que tudo que tem ali já tem um tempo de uso, mas eles tentam manter a qualidade de um Ibis.
