When I booked I thought I was staying in Arundel St like the picture on the website and indeed on this communication from you. After paying I was sent an email saying I had to come to Arundel st to pick up keys for a different place at 23 Adelaide st in one of the main streets of Fremantle. It turned out to be some residential apartment building, nothing like the picture in this communication or the website I booked off. I felt deceived. You even had to take your own rubbish away or there was a $20 penalty and another notice of threat if you didnt leave the place the way you found it (I took photos of these). The television reception was poor on the small television that was there. The bathroom was second rate and hotch potch. I could go on but to say I was extremely disappointed was an understatement

We stayed in the Wray Avenue cottage. The location was perfect, and the cottage stunning. It has all the kitchen equipment, furniture and cushions etc needed for a home from home

Loved the location. Very easy to get to shops, market, cafes. Close to public transport. Spectacular views of harbour. Had everything we needed for a couple of days. Only complaint was that some of the linen (towels and sheets) were marked and grubby.

The only great thing about the property was the location, which was excellent. The property itself was filthy. Walls, windows, light switches, fans, ceilings and other appliances. No door on one bathroom and a door that didn't close on the other. We didn't cook in the kitchen after discovering the cockroaches. Such a shame, as with a lot of TLC it has great potential.

Open condom wrappers in the bedside drawers. Wasn't impressed. I booked it because it said it had WiFi but we had to collect a Vodafone pocket WiFi that only lasted an hour
