Served a purpose but dirty and very tired
Our room, which had previously been rated as scoring 9, was clean in the main area's like the bed linen and bathroom. The rest of the room was grubby and either dirty or very dusty with black marks and scratches on the paintwork all over the room. There was a broken wine glass, missing curtain rings on the curtains and electric sockets which didn't work. When I raised this with teh hotel they simply said it was due a "deep clean next week". The bed head was covered in dust and one of the lights had cobwebs on it,

The location of the tv was quite unusual, it was behind where you lay on the bed so you would have to have lay upside down on the bed if you wanted to watch it.

Great location and helpful staff
Large spacious apartment in a convenient location close to the shops, bars and restaurants of the West End. The only negative point is that on site parking is very tight and there is very limited on street parking in front of the apartments.

Large apartment, great location
The location of these apartments in Glasgow's west end is excellent. The room was big and there was a microwave, cooker and fridge plus plates etc all you would need to make your meals although we only made breakfast. The cleanliness was OK, I wouldn't say sparkling but it definitely wasn't dirty. The cutlery and some of the utensils are a bit tired. The TV is very small for the size of the room. The bathroom is wee but adequate, the shower is huge and there was plenty hot water. The bathroom extractor fan seems to vent into the bedroom! The room we were in was like a basement room at the back but perfectly adequate, there was a sheltered patio area immediately outside but it was used by smokers so we didn't open the one "normal" window in the room. Overall our stay was more than satisfactory and I would recommend it to others.
