The property ElBeso is amazing. The food great. The rooms are large the resort is clean. The staff is friendly and show care. I’d like to point out our Concierge Rizos Catt (Katia) was the most helpful person! She went above and beyond to make sure our group of 3 enjoyed our stay! A large part of our trip being so wonderful was because of her friendly spirit while assisting us with any questions! She is truly a person who obviously enjoys helping to make sure the vacation we booked was perfect! The Chefs were also so very good!

The room service guy stole money off the desk when he thought no one was looking. No one cared when we tried to talk to management. The beach is rocky and super dirty. Food is sub par at best. Limited towels in the room even after asking for more. Constant selling even while eating and in the pool. We upgraded to privileged and it was still bad service and food. It was a nice vacation and we made the best of it but i will never return to this resort or any affiliate. We go to cancun a few times a year and this was a terrible resort. Definitely skip it

Have stayed at a lot of all-inclusive and this was one of our favorites for the price we paid. Great staff including Alejandro from the entertainment and our server Estella. They along with the other staff were very helpful, fast, and friendly. Lots of restaurant options and food was pretty good, need to make reservations on your phone right at 8am or can fill up very fast, but buffets are good too. Drinks and alcohol options were also good. Beach was a little rocky and seaweed, but still very pretty. 3 pools to choose from which was nice, adults, party, and family. Unfortunately, was a lot of construction going on so some things were closed and some areas were very loud with saws/hammering.

Just got home from a 8 night girls vacation and loved the El Beso. Check in was a bit longer than we would have liked but nothing too crazy. Didn’t really bug us about a time share because we didn’t have our husbands with us. Appreciated that because not interested even if I was with him. The food was fantastic! Nightly entertainment was great! The property was clean and they always cleaned up the beach area in front of the resort. There does accurate quite a bit of seaweed but they are honestly doing their best at cleaning it up.If you walk down further on the beach you may be very disgusted with the amount of garbage and seaweed that collects on the shore. The staff at the Adult only pool and restaurant were amazing! Richardo and Jason were fantastic! Very attentive and welcoming. The spa was ok. We had massages and went in the pools there.Every place we ate was so delish and the staff was very attentive. Italian was my fav! It seemed the resort had something for everyone and every age group. We joined the pool party a couple times but mostly we stayed at the adult pool or beach just in front. The only complaint was the cleaning of our rooms daily and restocking of water and coffee in the room. The room could have been swept more. My thought is that they are still very short staffed and can only manage as best as they can with what they have. Bed was comfy and clean. I would for sure go back and stay again with my family, girls trip or even a nice couples getaway.
