Very budget.
We went on New year's Eve, so the prices in Venice were above average. The room was over €70 for one night which was not worth it. Pro: The room was large, and nice. Pietro is very friendly. The location is very close to the realtor bridge and the water! It was very noisy on New year's. Music was playing loudly into 8am! The walls are thin, and I could hear the guest in the next room when talking. Next time I would book a hotel with a private bathroom.

Excellent option when in Venice. Perfect location, room was clean and big, I'd totally stay here again. Besides it, Mr. Piero is a helpful and lovely person. If you are looking for a good place to stay and at a good price in the heart of Venice, you've found it.

Very hot room, no air condition, only an small fan in the room. No breakfast, while the breakfast is included in my reservation . No shampoo for the hair, told us that we can use the hand soap for the hair. I don't like't.

The location was great and check in process was fast. However, when we got into our room there was a distinct smell. Smelled like old place(incense). The washroom was big but the shower head can use some fixing. When I booked the room, it says it has free breakfast but actually they didn't serve breakfast at all. They have coffee and tea though for the guests.
