It was hot out and our air conditioner wasn't working in our room. It was very warm. I told the girl at the front desk. She came right away and checked the room. She found us 2 fans. Unfortunately they were so noisy it was hard to hear the tv and a bit loud for sleeping. The rest of our stay was good though. Spacious room comfy beds.

Didn’t like anything booked through Expedia on my phone in Medicine Hat and thought I hit my location for hotels I picked the travel lodge and didn’t realize it was the wrong town until I went to put the address in my GPS. Called them right away they said I had to go through Expedia and they would refund the amount. Contacted Expedia who called them and they refused to do a refund.

I was disappointed that the AC was not working and also there was no cable or anything for the TV. The hot tub in the room was not able to be drained once filled.

The only complaint I have is ice machines and television. I didn’t find ice till I got to the 4 thanks ice machine Their cable guy couldn’t repair the tv s due to covid. ( I’m sick of that term). So there was only about 2 channels

When we first open the door to our room. The heat in the room was like a sauna. Even after turning the heat off. The heat was still coming out of the heater like it was on high. I called the front desk to tell them. At first they tried turning on the AC to see if it would cool down the room. After an hour of trying that the room did not get any cooler. I called the front desk again. And they upgraded our room to a jacuzzi suite. Which was very nice and comfortable
