Very Good
Beautiful place but sound protection between walls and ceiling are very thin. You end up hearing the footsteps and banging throughout the night. Beautiful room, easy to enter with the door code system and very clean. Awesome place other than the noise.

There was no front desk, a private entrance to our suite, amazing experience. Beautiful suite with jacuzzi tub in the room. Perfect lighting, very intimate setting.

The operation of the hotel is quite unique with no office to sign in. Our room was very nicely appointed and we liked how the original construction of the building is used as finished product.

Room was unique loved it will come again and thks for the rebate u gave us on the 2nd night as we were not expecting to stay u made the arrangements easy. The only negative would b the stairs.

Difficult to review the staff, as this facility is ‘check-in free’. Guests receive a code to access their room, but never interact face-to-face with anyone. Nice concept!!

Beautiful heritage building, well appointed and renovated with lovely location across from Kemptville creek. The administration though was disorganized. Did not receive check in information by email despite asking twice, for one room and had to call to get room number and access code from the property. The second room access code did not work so had to call to get a replacement number. Had elderly parents waiting on stairs while this was going on, but calls did elicit immediate and effective action.
