I get to the front desk and the receptionist tells me she's has to cancel my reservation because the owner doesn't allow locals to stay I was pretty irritated because that was the closest best western by where we needed to stay by and we even told them we were best western costumers and they said it didn't matter, I will never recommend that hotel to anyone
