More like a rooming service
This is a multi-site rooming service with no actual person on-site, which wasn't clear from the write-up. Our room was cold, and it would be a big bother to get anyone to help with this. Breakfast is a couple of blocks away, which is ok if its nice, but a drag if its raining. People are very nice, but the whole thing is a big disorganized (pretty long wait to check in etc.), which is not a great thing with a multi-site property, which is a challenge to manage to begin with.

Great value and comfort in the centre of Haarlem
Spacious, comfortable, clean – and a 1 minute walk to the Frans Hals Museum and the Grote Kerk. Plus there’s a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. For some people it may be a problem that there’s no elevator, and no front desk – once you check in, you’re basically on your own.

in t algemeen was alles goed . er waren een paar mankementen, zoals de ventilatie ,( vervelend om te slapen , te weinig lucht ) en de laatste dag stond de badkamer onder water na de douche ; Personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam ! mooie ruimtes !

Met ons gezin hebben we 1 nachtje verbleven in kamer 2 van 1001 nacht. De kamer zag er goed verzorgd uit. En ligt in hartje centrum, maar dat was ook het probleem. Met kleine kinderen ga je niet op stap, maar we hebben letterlijk alle gesprekken gehoord die de kroeggangers hadden. Lallende, schreeuwende mensen tot diep (lees 4:00u) in de nacht. Om 6:00u kwamen de eerste vrachtauto’s weer de straten in om leeg glaswerk te halen en de kroegen te bevoorraden. Je kan je voorstellen: een goede nachtrust hebben wij helaas niet gehad. We hadden dit dan ook graag vermeld gezien op de site. Jammer!

aan te raden
Wij hebben met 4 vriendinnen een heerlijke overnachting en ontbijt op de kamer gehad. de locatie is lekker midden in het centrum, met wat rumoer van uitgaansleven op zaterdag.Wifi niet altijd in de lucht.
