Not what I expected.
We chose this hotel because of the rating and the proximity to Limerick. It is about 30 minutes outside of Limerick which surprised us. Check in time is not until 6:00 ending at 9:00. The room was a typical B&B without air conditioning and very soft old beds. Our room faced the main street which was noisy and bright lights shining through the window from across the street. We had to leave for the airport by 7:00 the next morning and breakfast didn't start until 8:00 which would be too late for me even if we didn't have to travel. They did make us a to go box which contained an apple, granola bar and warm juice box. We couldn't park in their lot because it was locked until 8:00 and we wouldn't be able to get out in time. We had to find a space on the busy street. I wouldn't stay here again based on location and check in time.

Great place with a great host and food.
Nice place with a great host. I would recommend it to anyone. I didn't notice an AC unit, so in the summer it might be hot, or possibly they use room units that were not up for the warm season yet.
