Beautiful grounds, all of the employees I interacted with were extremely helpful, pleasant and kind. Nice nature walk options without leaving the grounds, excellent auto museum. Great location, secluded, but still close to downtown Fairbanks and airport. Everything was great.

our stay was great. they assigned parking spaces and some utility worker got our spot twice but they made sure they moved so, we could get our spot They had on sight lundry which we used and made sure all our room needs were taken care of. very well maintained and clean as a pin.

Second stay here, this time with friends and kids, for an event in town. Just as wonderful as the first stay. Parking excellent - we had a trailer and there was plenty of room for car and trailer. The 2-bedroom apartment with three beds plus a pull-out couch and another sofa accommodated all six of us with pleasant privacy. Kitchen was fully equipped (wonderful enamel-coated easy-cleaning pans!) complete with coffee-maker and pre-measured coffee and everything was spotless. Beds were super comfortable (although the pull-out was not so much, would bring a mattress pad for that next time). One short flight of stairs was not an issue at all. Check-in was pleasant and we didn't need any other particular service since everything was smooth and great. We were sad that we ran out of time to walk around the beautiful lake path. Can't wait to come again!

I liked how it was a two bedroom suite. We cold fit all together. The common area was nice to have a place to sit together. Everything was fine except it stinks, and it is old.
