El servicio por parte del staff es muy bueno. Todos son muy amables y serviciales. Sin embargo, es verdad lo del ruido de los antros. Yo pude dormir bien por que estoy acostumbrado al ruido pero para algunas personas puede ser incomodo. Las habitaciones están limpias, los camastros del club de playa te los prestan solo si consumes en su restaurante. Es preferible moverse a otra playa. (Mamitas beach esta muy cerca) La ubicación en general es buena ya que caminando puedes llegar a los puntos más icónicos de Playa del Carmen. En general es una buena opción.
