Paid for room with kitchenette and brought $200 worth of food for cooking for 4 nights. Didn't find out until we entered the room that it wasn't what we booked. Excuse was there was a "small leak" in the kitchenette room. Plenty of opportunities to tell us in advance, i.e. when they found the leak, when we called earlier that day to enquire about late arrival, or when we were checking in. Hence I think the excuse was a lie. I think they gave the room to someone else and tried to cover it up. Only discount offered was downgrade to regular room (whopping $35 total). The excuse was they provided us equivalent items such as single burner butane stove and cooking and eating implements. Not nearly good enough. Still a huge inconvenience as we had to cook with windows/doors open to avoid carbon monoxide poisoning, only one burner, no kitchen sink, inadequate fridge space, no countertops to prepare food, only a small desk as a kitchen table, etc. I know what their kitchenette rooms have as I've stayed in that type of room with them twice before. Shower curtain crisp with filth. Asked for replacement, twice. Was told they had to go buy one (seriously?). It never materialized in the 4 nights we were there. Asked about where to put garbage. Was told to put it outside the room. It was never picked up. Holes in walls, peeling paint, filthy coffee maker, etc. Will NEVER stay here again.

Very poor condition. Non smoking room reeked of smoke. Carpets very dirty. Front porch with broken boards. Kind of falling apart. Expected cheap and cheerful. This was just cheap.

First thing I noticed wasn’t an empty can of ginger ale on the table. Especially during covid, this should have been a warning. Bathroom was not too clean and the shower literally did not work. We arrived late at night. When we woke up in the morning we noticed some stains on the sheets that definitely were not from us. Disappointed.

    Pleasant stay

We stayed 2 nights, mainly just to sleep while visiting the Arrowhead Provincial Park where family were staying. Ideal for what we needed. Felt comfortable with the level of cleanliness with Vivid. Towels adequate although small. No plug close to the coffee pot, had to move it to use. All in all pleasantly surprised as some ofp the reviews I had read weren't that greatw

The skin leaked(drain never stopped running), the toilet leaked when it filled up with water, the drain to kitchen skin, and plug for it is rusty, the burners are rusty as well, but they do work! The beds were hard, we ended up pulling the comforter off the other bed and sleeping on top of both of them, luckily we have extra blankets with us all the time. It was quite spacious, and they have new flat screen tv’s that are wall mounted & moved. The fridge was quite big for a mini fridge as well & it was fairly clean.

This place is filthy dirty. Absolutely horrible . Back deck is falling apart and dangerous. Did not even want to touch the bed . Mold in an old fridge that I saw when the door fell off. I'm being nice here . Do not stay here . Spend a little more money and feel comfortable .

I have stayed here twice and I absolutely love it HOWEVER...I dont mind it being outdated but the carpets are disgusting, they need to be ripped out, they are filthy and stained all over. The cleaning has gone downhill as there are cigarette butts all over the front where I parked and I noticed garbage on the grounds. It makes me sad as I love this place.
