This was a one-day gift trip for my parents, who are in their sixties. They were extremely happy with this stay: the location is excellent; the staff was welcoming and helpful; the room was spacious and well-appointed; the bathroom was spotless featuring high-quality care products; breakfast was tasty with several local specialties (like ajvar and kajmak), which was highly appreciated. The only suggestion would be to provide guests with bottled water in their rooms. Other than that, everything was great! My parents were extremely satisfied with this stay and I would recommend the Zepter Hotel to anyone.

This was our second stay at Zepter and we loved it. The room was large, the view was great, the amenities were perfect. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was very good. In the gym, the electronics on the machines do not work properly.

The hotel is in the center of the center. Walking distance from most of the things to do/see in Belgrade. The staff is extremely helpful and always smiling. They respond to emails and arranged airport transfers. Rooms are extremely spacious and AC is very good. I would definitely recommend.

Apartment room, very spacious. Coffee make inside the room but i did not use of it as there was water left behind. It would be nice if it is cleaned very check out. The hotel is near to the main pedestrian and very convenient. The guy at the restaurant is very helpful, potential and warn. Buffet breakfast plus your choice of eggs.

I stayed at Zepter for almost two months on a business trip. I chose it in part because it was the only hotel in Belgrade I could find that had a kitchen. While initially not very well equipped, the staff were extremely helpful and got me everything I asked for, even a microwave oven, toaster, small induction cooktop, etc. I was very comfortable in the hotel, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel also couldn't be better, with Belgrade's principal attractions more or less at the doorstep. I highly recommend Zepter and would definitely stay there again if I return to Belgrade.
