Should check apartment doors before checkin
Pleased with stay. Only downfall was that are apartment doors wouldn’t lock and we had to be moved to a different apartment which then made us late for the event we was attending and we then ended up losing the table we was originally meant to have. Reception- Lauren couldn’t of been more helpful and sorts key for us to pick up after we had been out. House keeper who helped us move was really nice and helped us move all the presents for my boyfriend and help set everything back up.

Lovely apartment in a good location, however some of the small things could be improved. Loose plugs and the sofa bed was broken which we were only informed of once arrived at the accommodation, rather than at check in. We accepted this purely because it was almost 4pm by this stage and we had dinner reservations.

We have stayed at this apartment many times before and have never had this issue, they ask for ID at check-in and said we weren’t allowed to stay in apartment as we are under 21. They have never asked for your ID before in the past few times we stayed. Luckily
