The hotel is great for the price, very clean sheets, towels, carpet, and all around. They gave us a breakfast bag, nothing good but it’s good to feel they care about it. The gentleman manager was very nice, the lady on the morning didn’t seem too happy. Comfortable bed and beddings, and the price was great!!!

Positives: The room was clean. There was a microwave in the room as listed. It is close to the highway. The parking lot is well-lit. Negatives: The listing indicates that staff would be wearing masks; the sign on the doors to the hotel also indicate that masks were to be worn in common areas by staff and guests. The man who checked me in occasionally wore a mask, none of the guests I saw were wearing masks, and the lady who checked me out was not wearing a mask. The listing indicated there would be a coffee maker in the room, there wasn't, but the hotel did offer coffee in the lobby 24 hours/day (but I didn't want to leave my room after seeing that no one was wearing masks.) The breakfast was a single breakfast bar (smaller than my hand) and a bottle of water. The side door had NO lock. Anyone could enter at any time with no problems.

Amy at the front desk was outstanding. She got us checked in very quickly & made sure we knew that if we needed anything we only needed to ask. The kids really enjoyed the pool! There was no breakfast due to COVID-19, but there was fresh hot coffee in the breakfast room & several restaurants close to the hotel so it was all good. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was nice & quiet. I highly recommend this Americinn for its affordable price & incredible customer service.

Overall the stay was ok. However, our deciding factor in booking this hot was that it offered a full breakfast. I was very disappointed that there wasn't one provided. This was falsely advertised on your site. Again this was the deciding factor. I won't be staying here again.

You get what you pay for......
The room smelled of smoke. We had no towels in the room. There wasnt bedding or pillows for the pull out bed. When we called the front desk they never delivered the towels and bedding. The room was not vacuumed. The safety lock on the door was broke off. The breakfast offered was less than mediocre.
