Say "no" to the riverview - homeless encampment!
All was comfortable and clean inside. However, our riverview was a bit more lively than we expected-we opened the drapes to our much anticipated autumn view of the river only to see homeless encampments all along the little river. Although we were dissapointed, we have compassion and made the most of it.

Property was extremely clean. Staff was great. The walls seem paper thin with neighboring rooms on both sides, hearing every movement throughout the night. Unfortunate that the homeless utilize and monopolize the river walk area next to the property as their base camp, which is a city of Reno problem that subsequently becomes the Courtyard customer’s problem.

Home away from home
Parking was easy, check-in was quick, staff was very friendly and always said hello when I passed by. Room was clean, bed was comfy, location is great. Had a few run-ins witb the homeless but they were friendly too. Would definitely come back.
