Great hotel.
This hotel was great. Scenic views. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast tasted great. The price was outstanding. I am going through Fairbanks again, and I booked another hotel. However, I wish I had book this one again.

Convenient short stay
We were excited to stay based on the reviews so were a little underwhelmed to arrive and see so many roaming the lobby without masks during a pandemic. Some of the activities we read about now cost money vs being free, but there was free ice cream nightly. We had a room off the lobby which was rather noisy. The ladies at the front desk during our stay were all very welcoming and friendly, quick to answer questions. There is a restaurant next door which made it convenient for weary travelers. We only ate there once and would rate it average. THe breakfast the next day was served socially distant which was nice and we grabbed a few selections and ate in our room for additional safety. Overall we would stay here again.

Charming little hotel in Fairbanks. Our room was comfortable and cozy. The views of the Chena River are quite beautiful. Definitely will stay here again. 🙃

The staff were great! Room was clean. The hotel also had fun stuffs for the guests like ice cream social, movies, etc. And it’s accessible to everything and everywhere. I would recommend this to family and friends and we will definitely come back!

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very kind and helpful. Check in was easy and accommodating, they held our luggage for us as we arrived early. Decor is dated but I think that is the purpose. Continental breakfast was nice and not just a bowl of cereal. Room was a little too warm... trip was during winter, stayed at 74 even with heat off. Bathroom is on small side. Beds are firm but comfortable enough. Have ice cream social at nights.

Great vacation getaway
The lodge was very cozy. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They have fireplaces in different areas to sit and enjoy. As well as an outdoor fire pit.They have a library/pool table room to enjoy. There is a wonderful restaurant next door and an ice cream social nightly from 6-9. We enjoyed our stay very much.
